1970s Utah Tailoring Black Silk Dress with Green and Blue Florals haute-couture-dress this flamboyant Roberto Cavalli dressThe silk fabric in this late 1970s to early 1980s custom made dress is mesmerising. Striped black and sheer chiffon patterned with white and cobalt blue florals nestle against green foliage so bright its almost neon. The chiffon is sheer and so the dress is lined with a full length black satin slip. The bell sleeves remain unlined and therefore sheer; they are finished with a glossy black spherical button at the cuffs. This gown is cut to a graceful,
