90's Black and Gold Straw Pillbox Style Church Hat rayon silk Interior is lined in whiteNice black and gold formal hat styled as a pillbox. Indented rounded crown with indented sides trimmed in gold beading. Back holds a large net bow. A delicate layer of black netting wraps the edges. There is enough netting to pull down over the forehead but not the entire face. Interior is finished with a grosgrain ribbon. Fabric is polypropylene. Excellent condition with no issues. The only label is Made in Taiwan. Inner circumference is 22 1 2
